Our tasks as Leaders supporting Avantgarde 360 technical management as well as integrating out production team from the design phase through to execution.

Built within the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo 2020, this production was elevated in scale compared to previous years with a 50m main stage featuring a 33m custom curved projection screen. 2 break out rooms flanked the entrance to the conference area, fully fitted with bleachers, LED screen, audio and lighting.The prefunction area featured a majlis for dignitary’s VVIPs and royal guests, meeting booths, workspaces and a social lounge featuring screens showing live updates of all social media activity around the event.
